My morning dread of packing lunches stops when I have these crunchy bars on hand. Easy and fun to make, the recipe gives you the choice of ingredients to throw in. Nuts? Dried fruit? Vegan products? Chocolate chips? Whatever you use, make sure you add the exact amount of honey or they won't stick together well. And, warning! Once you start picking at these yourself, it's hard to stop. Okay, well, it was hard for me to stop.
